∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Decode client briefs with planners and account managers to develop and produce creative concepts
∎ Research and plan creative approach by familiarising themselves with the clients' product, target audience and competitor activities in the market
∎ Conceptualize ideas and stories by understanding of audience psychology and making intuitive decisions
∎ Produce original, clear, persuasive and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and presenting these to clients and colleagues
∎ Play an active role in internal brainstorming sessions creating campaigns and content strategies to write copies that break the clutter and move people
∎ Review progress, modify copy and incorporate feedback until the client is satisfied
∎ Work on multiple campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often on tight deadlines
∎ Handle difficult situations with empathy, composure, and presence of mind
∎ Ensure team members meet the quality and timeline expectations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong conceptual thinking abilities
∎ Passionate storytelling capabilities with love for writing, creating and marketing
∎ Experience (2+ years) in working in a relevant role, preferably in agencies
∎ Proficiency in using basic productivity and collaboration tools
∎ Basic understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure
∎ Ability to learn quickly and curiosity to pick up new skills
∎ Professionalism, integrity, commitment and dedication
∎ Great attitude and a lack of ego
