Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily schedules, maintain diaries, organize meetings and preparation of minutes
∎ Maintain calendars and remind the Director of important tasks, deadlines, conferences and travel reservations as per requirement.
∎ Prepare different letters, office orders, reports & presentations as per instruction.
∎ Must be able to translate documents from English to Bengali and vice-versa
∎ Follow up operational issues/decisions taken by the Deputy Managing Director
∎ Follow up incoming mail and send reply to emails to respective personnel, Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide accurate information.
∎ Maintaining databases and filing systems for daily communications.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart and pleasant personality
∎ Must be fluent in spoken and written in English language
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ The Incumbent must have strong computer knowledge specially in Google sheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
