Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Coordinator will lead on sectoral assessment, project planning, coordination, procurement and implement planned Fecal Sludge Management related to WASH response activities either at Teknaf or in Ukhiya sub-districts response operation location/camps with desired quality.
∎ This position will be fully responsible to ensure Fecal Sludge Management operation, emergency toilet construction, decommissioning and desludging of toilets including treatments (if necessary) based on sector strategies of FSM.
∎ This position will maintain working rapport with WASH focal agencies, other WASH coordination team, sectoral stakeholders and camp authorities and ensure standard FSM systems and structure for the SCI and its intervention areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in WASH sector including 02 years in WASH project including establishment and operation of FSM, MSM in humanitarian context;
∎ Demonstrated monitoring and evaluation skills;
∎ Proven capacity to supervise train and coach staff in WASH technical skills;
∎ Ability to write clear and well-argued assessment and project reports;
∎ Able to carry extensive field visits;
∎ Knowledge on basic MS office package;
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English;
∎ Commitment to the aims and principles of SCI, in particular, a good understanding of the SCI mandate and child focus and ability to ensure this continues to underpin our support.
