Job Description / Responsibility:

• Coordinate and support the Lift Sales & Marketing Team in day-to-day sales operations.

• Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads through various channels.

• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and arrange meetings/site visits when necessary.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, sales documents, and client communications.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients to support sales conversion.

• Coordinate between clients, sales executives, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Maintain and regularly update customer, lead, quotation, and sales follow-up records.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and submit them to management.

• Monitor sales leads, pending quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipeline status.

• Assist in preparing sales presentations, product information, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, measurements, and technical discussions as required.

• Follow up on ongoing projects and support the sales team until order confirmation.

• Perform other sales and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
