Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Submission utilizations declarations (UD) for raw materials, chemical & yarn on online and arrange to get final approval on time from BGMEA.
∎ Submission amendments of utilizations declarations (UD) for raw materials, chemical & yarn on online and arrange to get final approval on time from BGMEA.
∎ Arrange to collect all type cash BGMEA certificate on time from BGMEA by preparing and submitting documents to BGMEA.
∎ Arrange to collect all type BTMA certificate on time from BTMA and supplier by preparing and submitting documents to BTMA.
∎ Collect machineries certificate from BGMEA with submission all required documents-as per customs required at the time of machine release.
∎ Prepare and maintain statements UD amendments wise.
∎ Prepare and maintain statements of all import & export for use customs yearly audit.
