∎ Master degree in social science, development studies or any relevant subject from recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the project staffs of the program titled "Strengthening and expanding household and community mechanisms to support the wellbeing and resilience of vulnerable populations affected by Rohingya Crisis and COVID-19"Project funded by Save the Children Korea for Host & Rohingya community at Sadar Upazila, Teknaf Upazila and Ukhiya Upazila in Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ Job Location: Cox`s Bazar Sadar, Ukhiya & Teknaf

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 -10 years project coordination experiences, on Child protection project implementation.
∎ Capacity of developed different development instruments of process development, training module & program guideline.
∎ Strong communication & facilitation skills work with local administration & negotiation capacity.
∎ Direct working experience with Rohingya Community based project implementation.
∎ Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ Ability to develop child protection based material development for community.
∎ Strong It skills, including MS ward, Excel, power point etc & capacity of staff development.

Salary:
∎ Salary: BDT= 67,167/= Only, (all inclusive with bonus)
