Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role will be responsible for managing all types of accounting activities including financial transactions, recording transactions, processing payments, preparing purchase orders, preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling bank statements, etc.
∎ Oversee the accounting operations and necessary financial reporting.
∎ Ensure adherence to corporate financial and administrative policies and procedures.
∎ Bank reconciliation & inter-company reconciliation.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and taxation requirements.
∎ Record all types of expenses handle efficient cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for day-to-day operations.
∎ Prepare Cash book, Bank book, Income statement, Trial Balance, and Financial Position on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Financial Reports.
∎ Oversee the accounting operations at the Head Office and necessary financial reporting.
∎ Prepare monthly & half yearly Financial Statement and Tax Accounts.
∎ Perform day to day finance transaction by arranging finance & management of finance.
∎ Monthly forecasted FS, IS, Cash flows & analysis financial discrepancies by collecting account information.
∎ Account Receivable & Account Payable maintenance as per company policy.
∎ Taking care of support staffs.
∎ Functional deliverables as per requirements.
∎ Handled any type of administrative issues.
