Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a talented person for a skilled cook to make delicious Italian food, especially Italian pizza with experience in oven, an experience from Italian restaurant preferred.
∎ Job Location-Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good knowledge and experience of cook Italian, Italian Pizza.
∎ Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and quality.
∎ Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw materials as per cover needs.
∎ Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
∎ Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
∎ Healthy both in physically and mentally
∎ Prepare food according to the given recipe.
∎ The kitchen should maintain a sanitized and orderly environment.
∎ Make sure all food and other items in the kitchen are stored properly.
∎ The quality of food ingredients needs to be tested and maintained.
∎ Kitchen stock needs to be monitored and informed in advance as per demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skilled Requirements: Italian Food Cooking of in Italian restaurant preferred.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work to deadlines.
∎ Multitasking and organizational ability.
∎ Excellent listening and communication skills in English.
∎ Excellent culinary catering talent.
Salary: Negotiable
