Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the food as per given recipe.
∎ Food costs maintain as per given guideline.
∎ Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer Wastage & Loss control as per given standard.
∎ Maintain food preparing time as per Head Chef & R&D team guideline.
∎ Maintain Kitchen Safety & Security.
∎ • Report instruments that need to be repaired or maintained.
∎ Ensures freshness and suitability of products used by the section and proper storage system
∎ Maintain Hygiene and HACCP
∎ Perform duties common to position and other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Culinary Art, Knowledge of cutting, Franchise Restaurant Kitchen management

Salary: Negotiable
