Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking photos as required for various events and organization’s promotional materials that would be used for digital & traditional marketing;
∎ Shooting videos, editing them to create advertisements, short stories and other audio visual contents as required and assigned.
∎ Supporting University's publications and information dissemination;
∎ Executing standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines;
∎ Driving towards continuous improvement and creative solutions while ensuring studio output exceeds industry standards and expectations;
∎ Overseeing brand standards, lighting technique, and image quality;
∎ Utilizing up-to-date knowledge of product trends and photography/imaging technology to enhance product photo presentation;
∎ Collaborating closely with IT, graphic design and marketing teams;
∎ Managing shoot sites and organizing and overseeing all equipment for the shoot;
∎ Developing the budget for the photography shoot;
∎ Researching organization-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies);
∎ Writing clear marketing copy to promote EDU services;
∎ Preparing well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems;
∎ Submitting work to editors for input and approval;
∎ Posting and promoting content on social media;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the University Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have excellent command in English and Bangla (both verbal and written)
∎ Extensive knowledge of social and digital media platforms.
∎ Ability to build and develop relationships with key individuals within and outside of the organization.
∎ Strong leadership and management skills.
∎ Creative and critical thinker and problem solver.
∎ Outstanding communication skills and confidence to do public speaking.
∎ Analytical skills and attention to detail
