• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain office front desk activities, appointment schedules, and visitor logs.
• Manage and organize documents, files, and basic administrative tasks.
• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with the content team.
• Respond to customer queries on social media and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support HR & Admin in client communication, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups.
