- Greet and welcome clients/visitors in a professional, polite, and smart manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain office front desk activities, appointment schedules, and visitor logs.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and basic administrative tasks.
- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns with the content team.
- Respond to customer queries on social media and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support HR & Admin in client communication, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups.
