Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Reservation & Ticketing Consultant to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Niketon, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients through phone, emails and Messenger
∎ Send quotes to clients within short time and follow up
∎ Convert leads to sales and onboard clients
∎ Communicate with different suppliers and agents
∎ Maintain & Update client database
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Reservation & Ticketing
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International & Umrah), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Sabre & Galileo), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations
∎ Must be able to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & willing to work under pressure. Must be smart, proactive, and hard working.
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
