Job Context:
∎ We are looking for talented individuals to be part of our corporate team and undertake different responsibilities in different departments within our organization. Your responsibilities may include (not always) sales & marketing, and communicating with colleagues in our organization & others..
∎ No previous experience in similar posts is required, but we mainly look for individuals with a positive attitude and self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engaging in effective communication with colleagues & clients.
∎ Proficiency in writing professional Emails in English.
∎ Working with Human Resource Team.
∎ Ability of multitasking and to work under pressure.
∎ Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
∎ Counsel the candidates regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities.
∎ Make sure each candidate leaves happy and satisfied, spreading positive word-of-mouth that brings more clients and referrals.
∎ Receive client details and suggest the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his/her choice and accordingly give guidance.
∎ The candidate should feel at ease promoting MOVES PLUS's study abroad programs to students and parents in a professional manner.
∎ Responsible for timely reporting to the authorized person.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to negotiate.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
∎ Knowledge of the English language is an advantage but not a requirement.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
