Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Specialization on M& E and preparing Evaluation Report for Emergency Programme. Master degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills, Market/ Consumer Research

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis, Report Writing, Research Design/ Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Desk review of key documents
∎ Review of CCDB's strategic & project documents
∎ Review implementation and monitoring documents such as reports and distribution lists
∎ Interviews with key CCDB and Tearfund staffs supporting the program
∎ Interviews with FDMN in camps and Host population in surrounding communities, assisted by CCDB key informant interviews with local government officials, sector leads and other humanitarian actors in sectorial areas where CCDB have intervened
∎ Community Focus Group Discussions and other qualitative survey
∎ Direct Observations of the work being carried out during visits to the camps and host communities in Cox's Bazar area
∎ Discussion of initial findings with CCDB & Tearfund team
∎ Discussion of final report with CCDB and Tearfund staff after submission to finalize any corrections and review findings
∎ Data can be collected in local language, whereas all the documentation (data translation, transcript etc.), reports, presentation will be in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 65 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Data analysis
∎ Report writing
∎ Experience on M&E
∎ Computer skill (MS word, Excel, SPSS)
∎ Good command in English writing

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Accommodation will be provided in official guesthouse along with food, field vehicle, stationary as needed
