Education:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science or related discipline from a reputed Public University.
- PhD in relevant field is preferred.

- At least 15 (Fifteen) years general experience.
- Minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in environmental impact assessment for infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of international lender guidelines regarding Environmental and Social Issues.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring selected projects (Foreign Aided and GoB) and checking compliance with project specific Environmental and Social Guideline.
Reviewing Environmental Impact Assessment/ Environmental Management Plan and other reports and providing recommendation for its acceptance.
Carrying out field visits for preparing report of ongoing projects.
Providing necessary guidelines and checking of EIA & EMP of ongoing projects.
Identify environmental issues and constraints of project planning stage and suggest alternative options.
