∎ We are looking for a motivated Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct communication with clients, providing them with detailed information and support through the complex process of studying abroad.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Directly interact with clients to understand their educational and visa needs and provide tailored advice.
∎ Assist in managing client documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in preparation and submission.
∎ Monitor the progress of applications and communicate with our clients
∎ Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing clients' queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
∎ Participate in pre-departure briefings and ensure clients are fully prepared for their studies abroad.
∎ Work collaboratively with the team to meet company objectives and maintain Broadway Int’l BD’s standards of excellence.
