∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with all bKash distribution policies.
∎ Conduct regular audits and checks on distribution activities.
∎ Prepare and maintain detailed reports on compliance status.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of compliance-related training programs.
∎ Liaise with internal teams to address compliance issues.
∎ Education Minimum: HSC
∎ Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in computer operator, distribution or related field.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
