Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters in any discipline
∎ PGD/Diploma in HRM/Social Compliance and BRAC Safety Training Certificate and ToT holders will get additional advantage
Requirements:

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, Buyer CoCs, and international Labor Standards.
∎ Excellent command and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and compliance tracking tools.
∎ Strong Communication, organizational and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of an effective legal compliance program in alignment with Bangladesh Labor Law, Labor Rules, and industry-specific requirements.
∎ Support the development and regular review of company compliance policies, SOPs, and procedures in accordance with buyer Codes of Conduct (CoCs) and audit protocols
∎ Prepare the factory with all necessary documentation for both scheduled and unannounced audits.
∎ Lead the coordination and response process for audits including: RSC, Nirapon, WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, Better Work, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, SCAN Security, Worldly, technical audits, and buyer-specific CoC assessments.
∎ Develop, document, and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) based on audit findings, and ensure timely submission to the relevant parties.
∎ Maintain real-time updates and documentation for Nirapon’s 90-Day Management Guidance reports and related compliance submissions.
∎ Conduct regular internal audits to identify gaps in compliance, health, safety, and social responsibility, and report findings to the Head of Compliance.
∎ Ensure the effective implementation of fire safety, building safety, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards across all operations.
∎ Develop an annual refresher training calendar and conduct or coordinate regular training sessions for all employee levels, including workers, mid-level staff, and management.
∎ Develop training schedules and conduct BRAC Safety training programs such as Fire Safety, Safety Committee, Security Guard training, and Safety Management System (SMS) implementation.
∎ Maintain comprehensive training records, participation logs, and feedback forms; evaluate training effectiveness and revise content as necessary.
∎ Keep all compliance-related documentation well-organized, up-to-date, and ready for audit at all times.
