Imple Service & Solutions Ltd. is looking for a compliance and audit officer to audit regular sales activities for a renowned telecom operator in Bangladesh. Along with regular audit activities, candidates will conduct training sessions on compliance and business ethics.

JOB Descriptions:

• Conduct Visit Audit (Physical for Dhaka and Remote for Regional) every month as per the business Need.

• Conduct Sales Audit 100% of the account/company onboarded every month to ensure 100% compliance of the sales team.

• Take immediate action aligning all the stakeholders if any non-compliance activity found in sales operations.

• Conduct Monthly Refreshments Training (Physical for the Dhaka and Remote for Regional).

• Conduct Induction training and complete the Onboard process activities for the newly joined BDE every month.

• Prepare the Training Module and plan monthly training schedule as per the business need.

• Set the action plan to reduce the risk of non-compliance and share it with the management team every month.

• Prepare and conduct the quiz monthly for all the BDEPrepare and submit report of Audit Findings for both Visit and Sales with the management team every month.

• Prepare the Training conduct reports and quiz results and share with the management team every month.

• Prepare the attrition reports with reasons and share with the management team every month.

• Prepare and submit any other report as per the business need.
