Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline
∎ ICSB qualified or at least level 4 completed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have experience and knowledge in the following area(s)
∎ Knowledge in depth on various Company Laws and also the rules and regulations of Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission and RJSC.
∎ Able to submit regulatory returns & reporting to concerned bodies' and authorities.
∎ Organizing and preparing agenda and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs).
∎ Drafting minutes of BOD, EGM and AGM.
∎ Following up on actions from meetings of BOD, EGM and AGM.
∎ Maintaining statutory books.
∎ Professional demeanor & strong communication skills, both oral & written in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be a computer literate having experience in working under I.T. environment.
∎ Any Other Task Assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having minimum 5 years working experience as Company Secretary in a publicly traded listed company.
