Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Company Lawyer to manage land-related legal matters, handle company litigation, and ensure compliance with all land and tax regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all legal activities related to land acquisition, registration, and mutation.
• Verify, prepare, and preserve all land and property-related documents properly.
• Handle and supervise all types of company litigation (civil, criminal, labor, or others).
• Maintain regular communication with government offices, courts, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of all land taxes and fees, both online and offline.
• Review and draft various agreements, contracts, and legal documents of the company.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the management on company matters..
