Educational Requirements:
∎ Community Facilitator will be responsible for smooth operation of planned activities at the community level with target farmers, farmers' forums and people's institution.
∎ Facilitate to form new farmers' groups, provide necessary training and workshop for the target participants, linkage with government's agriculture offices and other networks or organizations to create a space for farmers' forums/PI access to the available facilities like training, small grants and other facilities on accurate & complete potential beneficiary selection, make database, storing & preserving for any further purpose.
∎ Conduct field survey and ensure eligible participants for training/workshop.
∎ Ensure safeguarding and protection of the target communities during organizing training/workshop or any events.
∎ Collect necessary information for story or article writing on the success or achievements.

Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona, Sunamganj, Jamalpur, Sherpur and Tangail districts. PARI is going to implement a 3 years` period project "Nirapod" Food security and Livelihood Project from 1st October`2023 to 30th September 2026. This project focuses on engaging marginal male and female farmers with agricultural activities using sustainable agriculture methods to meet their basic needs and nutrition as well as increase production, income and agro-based income generating activities for the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Nalitabari Upazila under Sherpur district and Durgapur Upazila under Netrokona District.
∎ The project seeks a contractual some Community Facilitators (CF) to manage the project and drive to achieve the expected results through effective management and implementation of the program activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Community Facilitator will be responsible for smooth operation of planned activities at the community level with target farmers, farmers' forums and people's institution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' hands-on-experience on agriculture or food security & Livelihood project as well as shall have experiences on working on capacity building of the community-based organization as well as Integrity community development, minimum understanding about food security, livelihood and Institutional capacity building approach. Strong ability to organize work, follow instruction and coordinate multiple tasks. Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the community
Salary:
∎ 20150.00 plus other benefits as per organization`s policy.
