Job Context:
∎ One Year Contractual Appointment (With Possibility of Extension)
∎ Start Date- As soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for coordinating /leading meetings with garden, Punji and catchment area actors (Ethnic group leader, Garden based higher authority etc.).
∎ Will ensure effective garden and community in relation with different Community program involving community people.
∎ Arrange different types of awareness program on TB for garden & punji people..
∎ Responsible for maintaining linkage, liaison and coordination with govt. official at the project area with the consultation of district supervisor.
∎ Visit to project area to evaluate the implementation of project program and provide necessary guidance and technical assistance for proper implementation.
∎ Initiate necessary activities to upgrade quality of activities and performance.
∎ Prepare and monitor monthly/periodical report to keep District Supervisor informed about the program progress.
∎ Assist District Supervisor in performing their functions smoothly.
∎ To keep constant contact/ liaison with District Supervisor and Project Manager.
∎ Field Visit (daily, weekly, monthly) as when and where necessary to the adjacent area of the project and prepare the visit reports, send them to District Supervisor.
∎ To prepare the monthly and quarterly reports of all activities with consultation of district supervisor and other concerned project team.
∎ To ensure that all kinds of information are timely sent to the District Supervisor.
∎ Strong knowledge and skills in development and implementation of health programs.
∎ Basic computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Able to undertake travel as required.
