∎ Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in relevant field. Experience in Leprosy will be preferred.
∎ Competency: Good communication and writing skills, accounting and computer knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS word are necessary.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Community Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of management support to the project in consultation with the Project Management Team, especially the DFCO Focal person and Project Director.
∎ S/he will supervise, coordinate, guide, and provide technical support to Community Facilitators; maintain all programmatic and financial records, prepare programmatic & financial reports and submit them to the project Focal person at DFCO within deadlines. S/he will monitor the activities of groups and federations and support them to get access to the social support services of the government and different NGOs.
∎ S/he will provide support in organizing training and other events of the project.
∎ S/he will be reportable to the assigned focal person at DFCO and will be functionally linked with Project Management Teams.
