Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Project : JJS- Capacity building of Children and Communities for Protection of children from sexual abuse and drag addiction
∎ Base : Rupsha, Khulna
∎ Closing Date : 5 pm, 15 June 2021
∎ Assignment period : 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Listing children at risk for sexual violence and drug addiction.
∎ Formation of children and mother groups.
∎ Ensure awareness sessions of children group and mother group.
∎ Sensitizing children, adolescents and parents for protection of children
∎ Facilitate CBCPC and community to strengthen child protection mechanism.
∎ Communication and Liaison maintain to the LEBs, community people and different service provider in terms of protection of children.
∎ Identifying resources and services and linking children.
∎ Facilitate and support to adolescents and volunteers for enhancing empowerment of the adolescents through adolescent club operation and engaging in social and cultural activities.
∎ Liaison and communication to Police stations in regards of child protection issues.
∎ Facilitate awareness campaign.
∎ Taking preventive and protective measures for disable children against sexual abuse and drug addiction.
∎ Support volunteers for mobilizing community and sponsorship program.
∎ Organizing and facilitating parents meeting for sensitizing parents on positive parenting.
∎ Provide referral support to meet the need of the children at risk for their protection.
∎ Prepare case study, monthly report, quarterly and annual report, and provide to the Manager and documentation Officer.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the senior management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Excellent Report writing in English, Computer Skill and communication skill.
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in disability work

Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
