∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Copy writing/ Script Writing, Experience in videography, Social Media Marketing, Theater, Video Editor & Graphics designer, Videography

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, News Reporter, NGO, Online Media, Theater, Video Editor, Videographer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Ageny, Newspaper/Magazine, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creates and implements mass communication campaigns and community outreach activities, including street theatre and infotainment videos.
∎ Contributes to social media and other public outreach efforts related to education and positive youth development.
∎ Able to work on and portray sensitive stories in a gender-sensitive way e.g., garment factory workers, refugees, survivors of trafficking, and gender-based violence.
∎ Writes and supervises the writing and dissemination of success stories, feature stories, news releases and selected reports
∎ Produces content for use on social media and manages these outlets.
∎ Works with photographers, videographers and other communications colleagues, to meet the goals of the program.
∎ Produces posters, signs, displays, media campaigns, etc.
∎ Manages news media outreach and placements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ High levels of initiative and the ability to work without direct supervision
∎ Ability to communicate complex or technical topics in simple terms to multiple audiences

Salary: Negotiable
