∎ Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling communication materials for both internal and external audiences.
∎ Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including website management, social media management, email marketing, and multimedia content creation.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.

∎ Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute internal communication strategies to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals, activities, and timelines.
∎ Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among project team members.
∎ Engage with external stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and beneficiaries to communicate project objectives, progress, and impact.
∎ Develop high-quality content for external audiences, including press releases, articles, blogs, and multimedia materials, highlighting the project's successes and lessons learned.
∎ Work closely with project teams to integrate communication considerations into project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
∎ Capture and document key activity milestones, success stories, and lessons learned to inform future communication efforts and contribute to success stories for quarterly/annual reports.
∎ Develop and manage relations with the local press and the development of press releases.
∎ Ensure compliance with USAID branding and marking requirements in all communication materials, including reports, publications, and promotional items.
∎ Program Description
∎ USAID/Bangladesh has recently awarded RTI a $60 million USD, five-year Cooperative Agreement to strengthen local level health systems to deliver quality, equitable public health services while optimizing resources to improve the health status of all Bangladeshis residing at the local level.
∎ This Activity will focus on the following four objectives: 1) Strengthen Systems for Local-Level Evidence-Based Planning, 2) Strengthen Systems to Deliver Equitable, Quality, Integrated Local Level Public Health Services, 3)
∎ Improve Enabling Environment to Operate Local Level Public Health Systems, and 4) Improve Local Level Public Health System Resilience.
∎ Position Description
∎ RTI is seeking a Communications Manager in Bangladesh. This position will lead the SLLHS communications activities of the program, with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration. This position will report to the Chief of Party.
∎ Responsibilities
