- Willingness to learn about the boxing ecosystem, regulations, and reporting procedures

Responsibilities & Context:
About the Role:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and motivated intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sports, communications, and operations. You will be the first point of contact between our organizations (BBF & Xcel Promotion) and key stakeholders in the national and international boxing community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all professional communication (emails and calls) with boxers, coaches, federations, media, and partners.
- Assist in creating and organizing event proposals and competition reports.
- Coordinate and collect important documents from professional boxers, such as:
- Medical reports
- Boxer information forms
- Bout agreements and profiles
- Work under the supervision of the Chairman and coordinate closely with HR and event operations.
