Responsibilities & Context:
Summary of Communication Officer: All the information from the successful department should be addressed to the Chairman by establishing linkages with relevant departments of all franchisees, assisting in bringing innovation to effectiveness and sustainability in specific contexts.

- Coordination of training, strategy, and marketing planning.
- Website Development e.g. design, content & update website.
- Carry out the other special tasks as per instructions of the Chairman.
