Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & filling up of LC/TT application, forwarding letter, LCAF form, IMP form, sanction advice for management approval & submitting it to bank for further process.
∎ Contacting insurance company for cover note & insurance policy against respective PFI.
∎ Corresponding with Bank for Opening LC and doing amendment if necessary
∎ Communicating with the foreign suppliers for ensuring smooth production of ordered goods and shipment on due time.
∎ Ensuring the endorsement of shipping documents and sending it to C & F agent for customs processing & releasing of goods.
∎ Coordinating with Store and other staffs related to Supply chain for well managed inventory
∎ Planning of delivery schedule and arrange transport to take delivery from port to warehouse by contacting with distribution and C & F.
∎ Collecting and archiving of original Bill of Entry and sending one set to bank for import procedure accomplishment.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with NBR for Import Duty related matters and do the needful to release products from port with no penalty changes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Clear understanding of commercial & shipping documents while checking & correcting of i.e Pro-Forma Invoice (PFI), Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoice (CI), Detailed Packing List (PL), Certificate of Origin (COO).
∎ Must possess the meaning of International commercial terms (Incoterms) for sea, air & road.
∎ Error free selection of Harmonized System Code (H.S Code) for selected & specified product.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Letter of Credit (L/C), Foreign Telegraphic Transfer (FTT), Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications (SWIFT) and its fields.
