∎ Bachelor/Masters of Commerce

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Export, Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of shipping documents as per L/C or Purchase Order or Sales Contract’s terms & conditions.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan/ Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, SAFTA,GSP and other certificates).
∎ Conduct commercial activities with overseas buyers, concerned institution/ organization and factory.
∎ Maintain good relating with C & F Agents, Banks, Shipping Lines, Insurance Companies, factory for Export & Import purpose etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively to meet deadlines
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill
∎ Strong communication skill in English
∎ Very good knowledge of MS office applications and especially Excel
∎ Able to work independently
