Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS/Masters/Post Graduate or equivalent degree in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspondence with foreign supplier regarding the Proforma Invoice, LC copy, LC amendment Shipment, Shipping Documents, Payment etc.
∎ Fill up LC Application Form properly with related documents and submit to bank.
∎ Candidate should be able to perform regulatory formalities (Bank/Insurance) relating to import.
∎ Collection of commercial documents from bank, check and ensure all necessary documents are available as per LC terms and conditions.
∎ Liaison with Bank, C&F Agent, Transportation Company & Insurance Company to ensure smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Consignment wise information update through System in time-to-time.
∎ Maintain complete set of import documents, manual and excel register and various file in proper way.
∎ To follow up the LC limit, LC acceptance, LTR limit and Time Loan status on regular basis.
∎ Collection of all kinds of debit and credit advice from bank and system entry.
∎ To ensure all kinds of C&F, Transportation, Insurance, bill, check are posted into system.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time-to-time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5+ years experience in a similar position.
∎ Ability to anticipate and interpret complex information and related data.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in Import, Banking & Forwarding & Accounts.
∎ Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
