∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s)- Commercial Area Monitor and supervise all the activities of the commercial department.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc. Corresponding & Communication with C&F Agent, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarder, Transport agency & for operation, Liaison with Banks, BIDA, CCIE, VAT office, Tax Office and all other required offices, Export section, Import section, Customs section, Bank section, and Audit section.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Handle all contracts & agreements, related to domestic & international business.
∎ Design and draft deeds, lease agreements, resolutions, and other documents; Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for commercial related work.
∎ File oppositions in matters where the title is being passed or property is being encumbered and there are arrears due and payable to the Company.
∎ Draft and/ or review letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
