∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Must be expert of computer operation (Excel, MS Word, Email)
∎ Must know English well and have good typing speed in Bengali and English.

∎ A Leading Manufacturer is looking for a skilled Commercial Officer for its Corporate Head Office,Naya Paltan, Dhaka.
∎ Prepared all kind of proforma invoice for export.
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities.
∎ Prepare all Commercial Import and export documents bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Truck challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc..
∎ BL Draft & BL corrections online submission.
∎ Bank to Bank channel Documents prepare and submit to bank for collection as well follow up payment.
∎ EXP issue, Duplication, Invoice Prepare.
∎ Pre-paid shipment freight charge processing and submission to Account Dept. for issuance of Payment Cheque.
∎ All kind of Transport and C&F Bill Checking & Submit to audit dept.
∎ Prepared all kind of bank & Customs/bond related letter time to time.
∎ Prepare stock statement, stock calculation and adjustment plan for (Natural Rubber).
∎ Stay updated with customs regulations, tariffs and trade agreements ensuring compliance with import and export requirements.
∎ Daily follow-up to credit related customer for back to back L/C, Document, bank acceptance and proforma invoice.
∎ Liaison with related Bank branch.
∎ Accept extra duties as situation demands and work efficiently and calmly.
