∎ Age at least 22 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Collect TSR rubber and Latex samples from production.·
∎ 2) Prepare samples for chemical and physical testing.·
∎ 3) Perform tests such as Dirt Content, Ash Content, Volatile Matter, Mooney Viscosity, Nitrogen Content, DRC, Ammonia, MST, VFA, pH of latex and Others.·
∎ 4) Record test results accurately in logbooks or computer systems.·
∎ 5) Prepare test reports for quality control and client reference.·
∎ 6) Report any abnormal test results to the Lab In-Charge.·
∎ 7) Operate and maintain lab equipment like viscometers, ovens, furnaces, and weighing scales.·
∎ 8) Keep the laboratory clean, organized, and safe at all times.·
∎ 9) Follow all lab safety and chemical handling procedures.·
∎ 10) Maintain stock levels of lab chemicals, glassware, and consumables.·
∎ 11) Report inventory shortages to the Lab Supervisor or Manager.·
∎ 12) Assist senior chemists or QA officers in advanced testing when needed.·
∎ 13) Participate in training and learn new testing techniques and lab practices.·
∎ 14) Must maintain regular communication with the Head Office for submitting lab reports, sharing quality updates, and following special instructions as required.)
