∎ ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রমে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক পদে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তাছাড়া প্রতিবছর কর্ম দক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে নির্দিষ্ট হারে বেতন বৃদ্ধির সুযোগ আছে। কোন পরীক্ষাতেই তৃতীয় বিভাগ/শ্রেণী/সমমান (জিপিএ) গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
