Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline such as sociology, social work, community development or relevant discipline.

Job Context:
∎ BITA is looking for suitable candidates of the below-mentioned posts under the program titled "Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE) Project " to be implemented in support with Plan International Bangladesh, funded by GFFO. The project working locations cover Host community
∎ of Ukhiya upazila, Teknaf upazila and Rohingya community in Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ Project : Joining Forces for Child Protection in Emergencies (JF-CPiE)
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya & Teknaf (Refugee camps & Host Community) in Cox`s Bazar District.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience to work on CP focus Case Management directly in a development organization at Host & Rohingya Community under Ukhiya and Teknaf upazila.
∎ Experience of working with community-based child protection committees and networks
∎ Qualification in social work, anthropology, development, or other relevant fields.
∎ Strong technical understanding on child protection and community-based approaches, case management and PSS.
∎ Having good understanding of referral pathway and service centers in camp settings
∎ Ability to work in a team, capable to work under pressure and be able to work in a sensitive manner.
∎ Ability to work under extreme circumstances, including stress, high security risks and harsh living conditions. Works and lives with a flexible, adaptable and resilient manner.
∎ Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to gender and diversity
∎ Excellent communication skills in cross-cultural contexts.
∎ Excellent community skill in local language (Rohingya) and English is required.
∎ Ability to develop child protection based material development for community.
∎ Strong IT Skills, including MS Office CPIMS+ etc.

Salary:
∎ BDT= 51,250/= only, all inclusive)
