∎ As the Senior Cluster Operations Executive, you`ll be responsible for the overall Operations performance of `foodpanda` in your designated cluster.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage logistics operations of multiple cities from assigned cluster.
∎ Collaborate with a group of area managers, fleet executives and rider recruiters.
∎ Be the contact point for the cluster logistics team.
∎ Analyze and track KPIs to enhance customer and rider experience.
∎ Plan and manage capacity to ensure there is sufficient capacity at all times in cluster.
∎ Motivate and monitor team members to continually improve their performance metrics.
∎ Solve any ad hoc issues that arise during delivery operations time.
∎ Ensure riders comply with all rules and company policies.
∎ Support the area manager to provide excellent delivery service to the customers.
∎ Find ways to drive logistics efficiency in the cluster, by suggesting optimal city structure, incentive schemes and managing the supply/demand relationship.

∎ Excellent analytical skills and entrepreneurial attitude with great interest for the online businesses.
∎ Self driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
∎ Resilient, mentally tough and 'bulletproof'
∎ Tech-savvy (Experienced in using Google Sheet, Excel and technological tools).
∎ Team Leadership and Project Management.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills with a problem-solving aptitude as the cornerstone of your personality.
∎ Calm under pressure.
