∎ Proven experience in liability department or communications leadership roles.
∎ Strong understanding of team management and consumer behavior.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
∎ Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
∎ Strategic thinking, creative content developer, leadership quality, market analysis skill.

∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability.
∎ Supervise, monitor and effectively manage the sales force of a region and measure their performance.
∎ Ensure team building, development, motivation and performance of assigned team members.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
