Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic interviews
Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and behavior modification interventions
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date clinical records
Prepare psychological reports, case summaries, and progress notes
Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, social workers, and other professionals
Participate in case conferences, clinical meetings, and supervision sessions
Provide crisis intervention and mental health support when required
