Bachelor Degree in Clinical Psychology plus clinical internship and 2 Years’ Experience at hospital setting

Self-motivated and independent
Must be able to work independently
Computer literate
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for mental health disorders.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Offer clinical psychology consultation to doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Prepare and review psychology education materials for patients, families, and staff.
- Maintain proper documentation, case notes, and statistical records for management.
- Liaise with medical and clinical support teams for coordinated patient care.
- Assist in procurement and selection of psychology-related tools and materials.
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for hospital staff when required.
- Stay updated with evidence-based practices, clinical guidelines, and recent advances in psychology.
- Ensure compliance with patient rights, safety protocols, ISO standards, and hospital accreditation requirements.
- Participate in hospital quality improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and community awareness programs.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by hospital management.
