∎ South Asian Immigration & Business Consultants Ltd is providing Business Immigration Consultancy Services from Bangladesh to CANADA, USA, GRENADA, DOMINICA, ST. KITTS-NEVIS, ST. LUCIA, ANTIGUA-BARBUDA, BULGARIA, ITALY, GREECE, MALTA, HUNGARY, CYPRUS, SPAIN. We are looking Clients Relationship Officer Position in our team.
∎ Workplace: Work at office & Out of office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining profitable relationships with Business & Senior Management Personnel.
∎ Resolving Business Immigration Clients query quickly and efficiently.
∎ Keeping Business Clients updated on the latest immigration programs in order to increase sales.
∎ Meeting with Businessman/Senior Management Personnel within the office & outside of the office.
∎ Expanding the client base by upselling and cross-selling.
∎ Understanding key client's individual needs and addressing these.
∎ Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
∎ Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly.
∎ Being the right mentor to clients in enrollment decision making for applying business immigration.
∎ Completing a file from counseling for immigration & visa processing.
∎ Communicating confidently to the prospective clients with accurate information.
∎ End to end support in documentation and visa processing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Business Immigration Counseling for various countries, Business Immigration/Student/Visit Visa File Processing, Higher Study from Abroad, Various Visa Processing experience holder will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Immigration Consultancy & Student Visa Counseling, Visit Visa Consultancy Services
∎ Having foreign degree will be an added advantage but it's not mandatory
∎ 2 to 3 years of solid experience in Customer Service
∎ Must have an excellent communication capability in English
∎ Flexibility to work in overlapping hours with Overseas Time
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Plus Sales Incentives
