∎ Candidates should have good academic background with minimum Graduation or relevant other disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strong relations with client.
∎ Increasing and protecting the business interest of the company by working with new and existing Clients
∎ Identify, develop and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets.
∎ Present solutions to clients and negotiate price optimally.
∎ Develop surveys and capture client information.
∎ Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
∎ Identify key business and clinical challenges.
∎ Define the project's objectives and oversee quality control.
∎ Develop holistic plan for any event, activation and partnership.
∎ Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Develop reporting mechanism to track progress and success of the activities and deliverables.
∎ Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.
∎ Supports other teams with exhaustive brief to turn a project outline into a successful execution plan.
∎ Ensure timely achievement of project KPIs and furnishing project deliverables.
∎ Act as the interface and coordinator between various stakeholders to manage the entire process that comprises concept development, conducting research, artwork creation, documentation, devising implementation plan within the required timeline to ensure best in class results.
∎ Supports her team by meeting and liaises with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
∎ Supports her team to present creative work to clients for approval or modification.
∎ Analyze and create/modify content processes, templates, and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work.
∎ Represents the company in all public forums, networking opportunities.
∎ Analyzes and understands the different needs of the market segments and implements strategies/programs as appropriate to maximize profitability.
∎ Explores and recommends opportunities/marketing ideas/concepts that may strengthen the Companies positioning.
∎ Generating Idea & Plan for clients' Brand & Communication development.
∎ Any other activity/task assigned by the authority as and when required.
∎ To make effective negotiation on pricing with the vendor and various stakeholders.
∎ Need to prepare various executive information and reports for the management.
∎ Monitor the monthly business targets and take appropriate measures to ensure timely achievement of the same.
∎ Coordinate and follow-up with the operation team and others to execute various projects.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Advertising Agency
∎ Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Understanding of brand, communication and strategic marketing
∎ Solid verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command over English (both oral and written)
∎ Presentation in MS-PowerPoint, Spreadsheets in MS-XL and word processing in MS-Word.
