We are looking for a sharp, communicative, and proactive Client Management Executive to bridge the gap between our technical team and our international buyers. Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign clients via email, chat, and video calls.
Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the internal team.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet the client's expectations.
Handle negotiations and follow-ups to maintain long-term business relationships.
Prepare reports on project status and client feedback.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (reputable universities preferred).
Candidates with O/A Level backgrounds will be given high priority.
Experience Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in client handling, international BPO, or freelancing agencies.
Freshers with exceptional English skills are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Superior English Communication: You must be able to speak and write English fluently and professionally.
Time Management: Ability to work according to international time zones if required.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Great negotiation skills and a "can-do" attitude.
