Technical Skills (Preferred)
• Basic understanding of cloud services
• Awareness of cybersecurity basics
• Ability to prepare simple presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
• Knowledge of corporate communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Meet)
• Basic data handling in Excel/Sheets
• Ability to review meeting notes, requirements, or simple technical documents
Soft Skills (Required)
• Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable speaking with high-level clients.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Negotiation sense and client empathy.
• Experience in client service, front-desk, sales, or corporate hospitality is a bonus.



Responsibilities & Context:

This role is built for people who can confidently represent Betopia Limited in front of clients. You will handle direct client interactions, welcome and coordinate with visiting clients, conduct meetings, join external visits etc. The goal is simple: build trust, build relationships, and open the door for successful sales and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome, receive, and guide clients during office visits.
• Coordinate all client meetings, such as scheduling, confirmation calls, and materials.
• Conduct client briefings, deliver presentations, and clarify company services clearly.
• Join client visits physically when required (inside Dhaka & outside Dhaka).
• Travel abroad if necessary for client coordination, events, and business meetings.
• Maintain detailed meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up updates.
• Ensure professional communication through calls, email, and in-person interactions.
• Collect business requirements and share them with Sales, BA, and technical teams.
• Handle client issues by escalating to the right internal team and ensuring resolution.
• Build long-term relationships to increase client trust and opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity reports and weekly client visit targets.
• Keep up to date about cloud, cybersecurity, software, and modern IT services.
• Might have the scope to travel outside Bangladesh
