Responsibilities & Context:

Position: Senior Private Client Advisor / Client Acquisition Manager

Organization: Cityscape Lifestyle Ltd.

Reports To: Head of Sales

 

Role Purpose

The Private Client Director – Memberships will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and stewarding High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals into the Club through discreet relationship management, referrals, and curated engagements.

This role requires exceptional gravitas, cultural intelligence, and trust-building ability, positioning the Cityscape Lifestyle Limited as a long-term institution, not a lifestyle product.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate HNWI / UHNWI prospects through personal networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct private, one-to-one membership conversations aligned with the Club’s ethos of discretion and exclusivity
  • Present membership tiers and privileges without transactional selling
  • Manage end-to-end member onboarding for approved candidates

Strategic Partnerships & Referrals

  • Build referral pipelines with bankers, family offices, chambers, diplomats, CXOs, and industrial families
  • Collaborate with banks and co-branded card partners for high-quality leads
  • Maintain close coordination with the Membership Committee

 

Member Stewardship

  • Act as a primary relationship steward during the first 6–12 months of membership
  • Ensure alignment between member expectations and delivered experiences
  • Handle sensitive client information with absolute confidentiality

Brand Representation

  • Represent the Club at high-level private events, closed-door gatherings, and curated introductions
  • Uphold the Club’s heritage, tone, and behavioral standards at all times

KPIs & Performance Metrics

Acquisition Metrics

  • Approved Members Onboarded (quality-led, not volume-driven)
  • Tier Mix: Minimum 40–50% mid-to-top tier memberships
  • Average Membership Value (AMV): Tracked monthly and quarterly

Quality & Conversion

  • Approval-to-Conversion Rate: ≥ 70%
  • Referral Ratio: ≥ 50% of members via referral or introduction
  • Drop-off Rate: < 10% post-approval

Relationship & Brand Metrics

  • Member Satisfaction (First 90 Days): ≥ 90%
  • Retention Intent Score: Measured through relationship reviews
  • Compliance & Discretion: Zero breaches (non-negotiable)
