• Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar types of projects.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., Auto CAD Civil 3D, ETABS, Autodesk, Micro Station and project management software).

• Excellent time management and leadership skills.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Oversee overall site management and supervise civil works as per project plans.

• Prepare material estimation based on working drawings.

• Ensure quality control of all construction materials according to technical specifications.

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules and requisitions; meet targets aligned with the work program and Gantt chart.

• Execute pre & post compliance procedures such as soaking bricks, washing aggregates, curing, etc.

• Maintain site measurement books, checklists, and work formats regularly.

• Ensure mandatory supervision during critical construction stages (e.g., concrete mix, mortar mix, GI pipe threading).

• Verify levels and alignment of all structural works (plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, etc.).

• Monitor, supervise, and record all tests and inspections of materials and equipment.

• Prepare and submit all relevant reports on time.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene at the project site.

• Maintain effective internal and external communication as needed.
