∎ চাইনিজ, ইন্ডিয়ান, দেশী লেদার সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকা প্রয়োজনসর্বদা ফিনিশড লেদারের স্টক সম্পর্কে অবগত থাকতে হবেলেদার পণ্য যেমনঃ ব্যাগ, বেল্ট, ইত্যাদি বিক্রয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবেসময় মেনে দোকানে খুলতে হবে ও পরিষ্কার করতে হবেপ্রতিটি অর্ডারের পর রেজিস্টার বুকে লিখে রাখতে হবেহুয়াটস অ্যাপ, ইমো ব্যাবহার করতে জানতে হবে
