Job Context:
∎ Sheba Manab Kallyan Kendra -SMKK is a non-profit, non-political voluntary development organization, established in January 1996 is implementing various development program/project with the funding of various donors/funding partners. SMKK is currently going to implement a Project Titled "Care and Supports for Orphans in Bangladesh (Orphan Kind)" with the Funding of Penny Appeal-UK in Nesarabad and Kawkhali Sub-districts under Pirojpur District. The project duration is initial 8 months and highly possibly to extension for another few years. Therefore, SMKK invites application for the mentioned position from qualified candidates for this project.
∎ Job Nature: Contractual for 8 months with possibility of further extension
∎ Job Location: Nesarabad under Pirojpur District.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-5-years working experience in program/project facilitation positions including 2 years' experience in the field of Child Protection/Child Education/Health related Project.
∎ Clear understanding of participatory and community-led approach with poor and extreme poor.
∎ Ability to Organize and facilitate meeting with relevant stakeholders at union and Upazilla level to create network/linkage to avail social services for the project beneficiaries.
∎ Ability to collect quality data from different stakeholders/beneficiaries and familiar with web-based reporting.
∎ Ability to organize and facilitate different meeting/event on child rights issues in community level.
∎ Clear understanding of child protection, child rights and orphan rights issues.
∎ Ability to prepare report/case studies independently.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word and Power Point
∎ Willing to work at remote area of Nesarabad and Kawkhali
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
