∎ Relevant Professional Degree will add more weight.
∎ Skills Required: Observation and recommendations capability with risk assesment

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Risk Management, Company Law, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Fraud risk management, Global Risk Management Frameworks and Investigations, Project and Risk Management, Risk Assessment

Job Context:
∎ Analysis, identification and develop mitigation strategies to reduce risks that could hamper the progress of the organization.
∎ Ensuring that the organization complies with protocols and standards set forth by the organization.
∎ Reviewing various aspects that could undesirably impact business performance.
∎ Making plan to proactively manage the risks with the change in the organization’s operating environment, modifying the business policies and procedures to address vulnerabilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CRO will be responsible for all risk management strategies and operations, as well as supervising the organization's risk mitigation and identification procedures.
∎ Determine the company's risk appetite and quantifying the amount of risk it should take on and develop strategic action plans to mitigate threats more concerned with data protection, risk assurance, eradicating threats and system vulnerabilities.
∎ Integrating strategic risk management priorities into the company's overall strategic planning.
∎ Manage operational risk related to business continuity and disaster recovery planning, developing information security processes and managing the governance of regulatory compliance data.
∎ Evaluating potential operational risk stemming from employee errors or system failures that could disrupt business processes, then developing strategies to reduce exposure to these risks and respond effectively.
∎ Take a thorough look at insurance issue, IT security, financial auditing, internal auditing, global business variables, fraud prevention, safety measure and other internal corporate investigations.
∎ Recognize the potential threats to financial stability and reputation of the organization.
∎ Overseeing funding and budgeting of risk management and mitigation projects.
∎ Documenting risk analysis reports to various stakeholders, such as board members, C-suite executives, and employees.
∎ Conduct due diligence and risk assurance on behalf of the company during business deals, mergers and acquisitions.
∎ Recommend insurance alternatives.
∎ Oversight on KRI (Key Risk Indicator) and CST (Control Sampling Testing)
∎ Preparing processes and review the processes prepared by others

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Should have experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of processes.
∎ Familiarity with financial, compliance requirements, fraud prevention and potential threats to monetary transactions.
∎ Strong quantitative and analytical skills to run the necessary calculations.
∎ An understanding of digital and corporate technology systems, networks, IT infrastructure and cyber threats.
∎ Presentation skills, which are critical for conveying complex risk concepts in a manner that audiences with varying degrees of expertise can understand.
